Shipping & Refund Policy
For domestic orders we charge as per weight, please see the exact shipping cost during checkout.
- For international orders we charge as per weight, please see the exact shipping cost during checkout.
- Custom and import duties might have to be paid by customer in their respective country.
- Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email.
- Once the order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number which can be used to track your order on the shipping agent’s site.

These are made to order pieces, order once placed cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Return and Refund:
- As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
- Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.
- And we are happy to issue a full refund based on the conditions listed below:
- You received a defective item; the ordered item(s) is not in the perfect condition. Please ensure to report refund in 2 working days from the day product has been delivered to you
Please note: Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances.
- If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that.
- If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours.
During peak seasons please allow up to 15-18 business days for your return to process.
