UPNAYAN Hand-painted Madhubani Tussar Silk Saree

Mithilanchal - mithila region of Bihar is known as Mithilanchal. And we belong to mithilanchal, we have our office in Darbhanga which is one of the prominent parts of mithila.

Our hand-painted yellow saree celebrates the sacred ritual of Upnayan, Butook painted at the center, with all the rituals of this ceremony flowing beautifully across all four sides.
Delicate lotus and floral motifs adorn the borders, while the boota is graced with tiny florals and leaves. A fine lace attachment adds the perfect finishing touch.

On the back of the blouse we have painted thread ceremony ritual, it has half sleeves round neck on the front and back.
